These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the zeta7 platform and all its related services. When you register, log in, or use any service on zeta7, you are automatically considered to have agreed to these Terms.

You must be at least 21 years old to use this platform. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account or taking part in any gaming activity.

1 Account Registration & Personal Information

1.1 Registration Process

To create an account on zeta7, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Providing false or incorrect information may result in account suspension or termination, and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

1.2 One Account Policy

Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed immediately and all balances across those accounts will be considered void.

1.3 Account Security

You must keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing account credentials with third parties is prohibited. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to our support team immediately.

2 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

2.1 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount on zeta7 is ৳100 (one hundred taka). The following methods can be used for deposits:

• bKash — the most widely used mobile wallet in the country.
• Nagad — a mobile financial service authorized by Bangladesh Post Office.
• Rocket — the mobile wallet service by Dutch-Bangla Bank.

2.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made.

2.3 Transaction Responsibility

zeta7 will not be responsible for any transaction issues caused by incorrect numbers or wrong information provided by the user. If a suspicious transaction is identified, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend the account for security purposes.

3 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New players are eligible to receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Depositing ৳14,000 or more gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳24,000.

3.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

3.3 Bonus Terms

• A bonus applies to one account once only.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time limit for the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, zeta7 reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• Promotional offer terms apply individually and may change at any time.

4 VIP Program & Rewards

zeta7 has four VIP tiers for regular players. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Through regular gaming activity, a player can gradually advance to higher tiers. zeta7 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits.

5 Prohibited Activities & Code of Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and engaging in any of them may result in permanent account closure:

• Fraud, cheating, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to the system.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or insulting other players or staff.
• Exploiting technical glitches or bugs in the platform dishonestly.

zeta7 reserves the right to conduct investigations into any suspicious activity and, if necessary, to notify law enforcement authorities.

6 Gaming Policy & Fair Play

6.1 Fair Play Guarantee

zeta7 uses SSL encryption and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and transparent outcomes in all games. Each game result is completely independent and is not influenced by previous results.

6.2 Right to Modify Services

zeta7 may add, modify, or remove games, features, or services at any time. In the event of a game interruption due to technical issues, we make every effort to resolve it as quickly as possible.

6.3 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute over a game result, the data stored in the server logs will always be considered final. For disputes, please contact the support team. zeta7's decision is final and binding.

7 Responsible Gaming & Self-Regulation

zeta7 treats responsible gaming as its highest priority. We believe gaming is a form of entertainment and should not be seen as a source of income.

Information may be shared with relevant authorities to fulfill legal obligations or for the purpose of preventing fraud.

9 Account Closure & Termination

9.1 At the Player's Request

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any existing balance may be withdrawn in accordance with the rules before the account is closed.

9.2 At zeta7's Initiative

In cases of violation of these Terms, fraud, or other unacceptable conduct, zeta7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice. In such cases, any bonus-related balance may be forfeited.

10 Limitation of Liability

zeta7 operates as a secure and reliable platform. However, we will not be held liable in the following situations:

• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to an internet outage or technical issue.
• If a loss occurs due to a problem with the player's own device or connection.
• Due to delays or errors from a third-party payment provider.
• If service is disrupted due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, and similar circumstances.

11 Copyright & Intellectual Property

The logo, design, content, software, and all related materials of the zeta7 platform are our intellectual property. Any use, reproduction, or distribution of these without written permission is strictly prohibited.

All games from game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming are operated under their respective copyrights.

Even if any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. zeta7's decision is final on the interpretation of any part of the Terms.
